Finances

Settlements, payout accounts, and revenue metrics live in the Finances tab. Use it to connect your bank and monitor earnings.

Payout Account Setup

Enter business name, bank, and account number

Verify to resolve the account name

Save configuration and toggle active

When the payout account is active, a Paystack subaccount ID is displayed in the settings panel for verification and audits.

Without a connected payout account, the system can track metrics but cannot process bank transfers.

Settlements are processed automatically within 24 hours of a successful transaction

Platform fees are 5% per order

Restaurant share is shown after fees and charges

Metrics are visible even before a payout account is connected

Weekly earnings and monthly forecast

Revenue breakdown table by period

Stops automatic payouts immediately

Pending payouts still process
