Reservations
Reservations organizes guest bookings, table assignments, and seating workflows for each branch.
Core Workflow
View reservations by date and status
Accept or confirm pending reservations
Assign tables before seating
Seat, release, or cancel from the action menu
Table Assignment
Reservation seating depends on table assignments. If a reservation does not have a table, the system will prompt for assignment before seating.
Assign tables manually in the reservation list
Bulk seat reservations with assigned tables
Release a reservation to free the table
Table availability syncs with the Tables and Floorplan views
Operational Notes
Reservation filters include search, date, and status. Branch managers can also configure holding windows and no-show grace periods in the Tables workspace to keep reservations accurate during rush periods.
